Delete Your Account

How to request deletion

Email support@credoworks.net from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line “Delete My Account”. We verify each request against the requesting account and process it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

• Your profile — name, email address, and account credentials
• Your classroom memberships
• Your discussion posts, direct messages, quiz responses, attendance records, personal notes, highlights, and bookmarks
• Any documents or files you uploaded

What may be retained

• Records that form part of a parish's own classroom history (such as an aggregate attendance roster) may be retained by that parish for its records.
• Limited information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate security and fraud-prevention purposes.
