1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using OCIA Companion, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of others without their consent.

3. Acceptable Use

When using OCIA Companion, you agree to:

Treat other users with respect and charity
Not post content that is offensive, harmful, or unrelated to the OCIA process
Not attempt to access data belonging to other classrooms or users
Not use the application for commercial purposes

4. Content

Bible text (Douay-Rheims Challoner Revision) is in the public domain. Catechism of the Catholic Church text is provided for educational use within the context of OCIA formation. Content you create (discussion posts, notes, annotations) remains yours.

5. Limitation of Liability

OCIA Companion is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the application, including loss of data or interruption of service.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
